Why did you choose Richmond?

When I first visited UR, by the end of the tour, I already felt a school pride without even having applied or been accepted. I visited around 25 schools in my college search and UR was one of the only ones that I felt comfortable and confident I could attend the next day and immediately transition. Just short of the skies opening and birds singing, it felt like home. The programs and opportunities matched my ambitions, the small community and close faculty promised support, and it was the perfect mix for me of safe while leaving room for growth.
